This policy explains the legal guarantee applicable to consumer purchases and the process for reporting defects or non-conforming products.

Legal Guarantee

Products sold to consumers by Mueblescreacioneslinson are covered by the legal guarantee for consumer goods, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The legal guarantee covers non-conformity under the conditions required by law. This may include manufacturing defects, products not matching the description, products not fit for ordinary use, missing or incorrect parts, or defects present at the time of delivery.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The legal guarantee does not cover problems caused by:

normal wear and tear from use;
misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care;
incorrect assembly or installation performed by the customer;
failure to follow care or assembly instructions;
unauthorized repairs or modifications;
damage caused after delivery by circumstances not attributable to Mueblescreacioneslinson.
Visible Damage, Defects, Missing Parts, or Incorrect Item at the Time of Delivery

Customers must inspect furniture upon delivery. If any visible damage, defect, missing parts, or an incorrect item is observed, they should contact info@mueblescreacioneslinson.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

the order number;
clear photographs of the item and its packaging;
a brief description of the problem.

The request to report within 48 hours is intended to expedite the resolution of delivery-related issues. Such a request does not limit the consumer's legal rights regarding hidden defects or non-conforming products.

How to Process a Guarantee Claim

To process a claim, please contact info@mueblescreacioneslinson.com and include:

the order number;
a description of the defect or non-conformity;
photographs or videos, if possible;
any additional information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

If the claim proves to be valid, Mueblescreacioneslinson will provide the solution required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. In cases where the return of the item is necessary to address a valid claim, Mueblescreacioneslinson will bear the reasonable shipping costs for such return.
